Shipping Policy

At Mardo, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for full details on processing times, delivery options, and important terms.

Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Method

  • We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for all deliveries to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive your package.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Typically arrive 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service but generally take 5-15 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs processing times may vary, which can cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window.
  • Mardo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order—these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a package is delayed or held by customs, we unfortunately have no control over this process.

Missed Deliveries & Safe Place Requests

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may leave a calling card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
  • If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a "safe place" or with a neighbor, Mardo is not liable for any loss or theft that may occur once the package has been marked as delivered.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with Royal Mail to investigate. However, please note that Royal Mail considers a package lost only after 10 business days (UK) or 25 business days (International) from the expected delivery date.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
  • If the shipping fee is not repaid within 14 days, a gift card for the order value (excluding shipping) will be issued.
